About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Drywall Specialist to join our team at Paul Davis. As a key member of our restoration and reconstruction team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality drywall, texture, and paint repairs, as well as carpentry services including framing, cabinetry, roof construction, decks, and fences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-level carpentry and drywall repairs with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct site assessments and develop repair plans to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked truck and company equipment.
  • Participate in the on-call schedule as emergencies occur and be accessible by phone.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and provide leadership when necessary.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently.
  • Desire to continually learn new skills and techniques.
  • Dedication to customer service and a positive attitude.
