About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Mumbai Frankie - The Original Bombay Roll. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Plan and prepare menus, estimate food requirements, and determine portion sizes to ensure efficient food production.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff, train new employees, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of food quality.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory records, and manage kitchen operations to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless food production and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
