About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs, providing personalized solutions and exceeding their expectations
  • Process transactions and manage customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency
  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients, building trust and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Contribute to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling sales opportunities, promoting digital banking solutions and enhancing customer engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills, providing expert advice and support to clients
Requirements
  • Proven customer service skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and resolve issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to promote digital banking solutions and enhance customer engagement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
