Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute routine office functions such as managing phone calls, data entry, and filing.
  • Compile reports and create presentations.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 12:00 pm

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • At least six months of experience in office support
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, research, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills
  • Willingness to be flexible in job responsibilities
