Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, identifying their needs and offering advice and guidance on financial solutions.
  • Financial Solutions: Collaborate with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities and provide customers with alternative banking channels and personal banking and investment advice.
  • Transaction Execution: Meet customer transaction-based needs with seamless execution.
  • Customer Engagement: Review customer profiles and engage customers in a needs-based conversation to identify potential opportunities and address everyday banking plans and credit card needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to meeting branch business results and the customer experience, and work collaboratively with the branch and market team.
  • Operational Activities: Support operational activities, such as inventory management, escalated service requests, and filing.
  • Risk and Compliance: Follow through on risk and compliance processes and policies to ensure the safeguarding of customer assets and the maintenance of their privacy.
Requirements
  • Experience: Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in a related field of study.
  • Registration: Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months) - as appropriate for the jurisdiction.
  • Skills: Confident and experienced in the use of online tools and applications, with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
  • Qualifications: Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role, with a passion for helping customers and a focus on results.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000.00 - $52,000.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings plans.
