Job Overview
This position operates within a dynamic office setting. The ideal candidate should be familiar with standard office and administrative procedures, exhibit strong communication skills, demonstrate effective problem-solving capabilities, possess basic research skills, and manage time efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute general administrative duties such as responding to inquiries, data entry, and organizing files.
- Compile reports and create presentations.
- Facilitate the flow of information internally and externally.
- Assist with various tasks as required.
- Provide support in other departments as necessary.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 12:00 pm
Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification
- At least six months of experience in an office support role
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong communication, problem-solving, research, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Adaptability is essential
