We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to join our team at Cafe Landwer Yorkdale. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our bar runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain our inventory of beverages and supplies to ensure that we always have what we need to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our bar is a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff, by following all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our patrons, addressing any complaints or concerns they may have in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of our bar, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Health Care Plan: We offer a comprehensive health care plan to our employees, to ensure that they have access to the medical care they need.
- Permanent Position: This is a permanent position, offering stability and security for the right candidate.
- English Language: We operate in English, so proficiency in this language is essential for this role.
