About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Cafe Landwer Yorkdale. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our bar runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including proper cleaning and sanitation procedures.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the bar, including supervising staff and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Benefits: Health care plan, permanent employment, and 44 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
