About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to join our team at Cafe Landwer Yorkdale. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our bar runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain our inventory of beverages and supplies to ensure that we always have what we need to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our bar is a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff by following all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of our bar to ensure that we are meeting our goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our bar team to ensure that they are working together effectively to provide excellent customer service.
