Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a General Clerk at our Glenmore location in Kelowna, BC. As a General Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

  • Operate a cash register, handling customer transactions and maintaining accurate records.

  • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations to drive sales.

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the stockroom and sales floor.

  • Restock shelves and ensure a visually appealing store display.

  • Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous retail customer service experience an asset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
