We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our upscale dining establishment in Mississauga. As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for steering our operations towards unparalleled excellence in guest experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and maintain a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to quality and innovation.
- Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a diverse team to uphold high standards of performance, develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
- Financial Acumen: Analyze financial data to make informed decisions and achieve business goals, implement cost-effective strategies, and maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in executive or management positions within the hospitality sector, with a strong track record of leadership and staff development.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills with a focus on staff motivation, communication, and interpersonal abilities to engage with guests and team members effectively.
- Financial Management: Proficiency in managing budgets, forecasting, and implementing cost-effective strategies.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry trends and a passion for delivering unparalleled hospitality experiences.
- Competitive Compensation: Base compensation $85,000 - $90,000
