Catering Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Manager to join our team at Dana Hospitality. As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and financial aspects of our catering operations, including ordering, budgeting, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement catering menus and recipes that meet client needs and company standards.
- Manage catering events from start to finish, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Supervise and train catering staff to ensure high-quality service and food preparation.
- Monitor and control catering costs, including ordering and inventory management.
- Collaborate with clients and customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers to drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve catering operations.
- Three years of recent experience in food service management, preferably in a high-volume catering environment.
- Red Seal Chef status or equivalent certification.
- Proven track record of cost control and employee management.
- ServeSafe and/or FoodSafe certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
