As a General Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining our legacy of culinary excellence and driving our team to achieve new heights of success.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and maintain a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to quality and innovation.
- Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a diverse team to uphold high standards of performance and foster a culture of excellence among our staff.
- Strategic Initiatives: Implement strategic initiatives to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction, and analyze financial data to make informed decisions and achieve business goals.
- Guest Experience: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and a passion for delivering unparalleled hospitality experiences that consistently exceed our guests' expectations.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in executive or management positions within the hospitality sector, with a strong track record of success.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with a focus on staff development and motivation, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with guests and team members effectively.
- Financial Management: Proficiency in managing budgets, forecasting, and implementing cost-effective strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry trends and a passion for delivering unparalleled hospitality experiences that consistently exceed our guests' expectations.
- Competitive Compensation: Base compensation 85 - 90K, with a bonus program offering 20 - 35K.
