Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons (Fresh Hospitality Group). As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and engaged.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
