Job Title: Business Development Officer

KAYA TECHNOLOGIES LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks to support the business development function.
  • Project Planning: Plan and execute development projects to drive business growth.
  • Staff Recruitment: Recruit and hire staff to support the business development function.
  • Marketing Materials: Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to promote the company's products and services.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Business Licenses: Ensure that all necessary business and commercial licenses are in place.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, tight deadlines, and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexible, initiative, judgment, organized, reliable, and a team player.
