Job Title: Business Development Officer

KAYA TECHNOLOGIES LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Policies: Create and implement policies that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Plan Development Projects: Develop and execute plans for business development projects, including market research, competitor analysis, and market entry strategies.
  • Recruit and Hire Staff: Identify, recruit, and hire top talent to join our team.
  • Develop Portfolio of Marketing Materials: Create a portfolio of marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and presentations, to showcase our company's capabilities.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to reach new customers and expand our market share.
  • Ensure Business Licenses: Ensure that all necessary business licenses and permits are in place.
  • Develop Business Plans: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and expansion.
Supervision:

You will be responsible for supervising 1-2 team members.
