Job Title: Business Development Officer

KAYA TECHNOLOGIES LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Policies: Create and implement policies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and other duties as assigned.
  • Plan Development Projects: Develop and implement plans for business development projects, including market research, competitor analysis, and project management.
  • Recruit and Hire Staff: Recruit, hire, and train staff members to support business development efforts.
  • Develop Portfolio of Marketing Materials: Create and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
  • Ensure Business Licenses: Ensure that all necessary business licenses and permits are in place.
  • Develop Business Plans: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Business Development Officer will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure.
