By collaborating with nonprofit organizations, we successfully divert millions of pounds of quality, pre-owned goods from landfills, giving them a new life in homes and closets.

We facilitate donations on behalf of our nonprofit partners and provide them with financial support, which is crucial for their operations. Key Responsibilities:

· The role of the GreenDrop Site Attendant is vital to our success, ensuring we deliver outstanding service to our donors consistently.

· The Site Attendant will exemplify our Company's core values, including respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Essential Duties:

· Engage independently and collaboratively with donors, employing a positive and intelligent approach.

This includes, but is not limited to:

· Always welcoming donors with a friendly demeanor, dressed in full GreenDrop uniform.

· Engaging in pleasant conversations while collecting donations from donors utilizing the donation bin.

· Assisting donors with their contributions and helping to unload items from their vehicles.

· Utilizing a tablet holder to record donor information on the company iPad.

· Supporting the truck driver during donation pickups.

· Organizing donations within the stockroom.

· Maintaining cleanliness at the site, both indoors and outdoors.

· Completing supply orders to ensure the site is equipped with necessary tools for job execution.

· Performing other duties as assigned by the manager.

· Must be present on-site during scheduled hours.

· Must be capable of fulfilling essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Required Skills and Attributes:

· Ability to work independently without constant supervision.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to connect with people.

· A genuine desire to provide outstanding service.

· Capability and willingness to lift up to 50lbs consistently throughout the day.

· Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

· A positive attitude, punctuality, a strong sense of urgency, and the initiative to excel in job responsibilities.

· Strong communication skills to effectively interact with donors, colleagues, and management.
