Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at IPEX. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, quotes, product information, and stock checks/pricing.
  • Resolve delays, service problems, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Enter, release, and track customer orders via EDI, fax, and phone, using our in-house ERP solution.
  • Verify customer account numbers, pricing, terms, delivery requirements, and other relevant information.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure proper service from all directions.
  • Provide technical support by referring to various IPEX publications.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a customer service representative.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and email.
  • Industry experience is an asset.
  • SAP knowledge is an asset.
