Your Responsibilities:

· The GreenDrop Site Attendant plays a vital role in our success, ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our donors daily.

· This position requires leading by example and embodying our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

· Independently and collaboratively engage with donors using a positive and intelligent approach.

· Greet donors warmly while in full GreenDrop uniform.

· Foster pleasant conversations while collecting donations using the designated bin.

· Assist donors with unloading their vehicles and processing their donations.

· Utilize a tablet to record donor information accurately.

· Support the truck driver during donation pickups.

· Organize donations within the stockroom.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the site, both inside and outside.

· Complete supply orders to ensure the site is well-stocked for operations.

· Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

· Availability on-site during working hours is essential.

· Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications:

· Capacity to work independently without constant supervision.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong desire to provide outstanding service.

· Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently throughout the day.

· Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

· Positive attitude, punctuality, a strong sense of urgency, and initiative in job responsibilities.

· Strong communication skills to interact positively with donors, colleagues, and management.
