Position Overview:
As a Technology Training Specialist within the Best Practices team at Banque Nationale du Canada, you will serve as a key resource, providing in-depth knowledge and support to advisor teams in the effective utilization of various technological applications. Your role will also involve identifying and implementing technological efficiencies for branch employees.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • Conduct training and coaching sessions for advisors and their teams, utilizing your expertise in IT.
  • Develop and enhance training strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Create, update, and maintain a variety of training materials, including training plans, manuals, video content, and presentations.
  • Participate in significant technological rollouts, supporting the implementation process to guarantee all necessary updates and follow-ups are executed.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you should possess:

  • A three-year professional college diploma or equivalent in a relevant field related to wealth management.
  • A minimum of eight years of pertinent experience.
  • Proven experience in delivering training and effective communication.
  • Familiarity with a full-brokerage environment in wealth management is advantageous.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Croesus is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Yammer, Teams).
