As a Training Specialist on our Consumer and Small Business team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality training and support to our customers across Canada. You'll work with a diverse portfolio of brands and solutions, including Bell, Virgin, and Lucky Mobile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate training sessions for small and large groups, both in-person and virtually
  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that meets the needs of our customers
  • Analyze trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design to inform our training programs
  • Develop supporting materials, such as audio, video, simulations, and role-plays, to enhance the learning experience
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify training gaps and develop proactive solutions to improve sales effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Stores, Dealers, Sales, and Marketing, to deliver timely training and support
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs to ensure they meet our business objectives
  • Provide regular project updates and ensure timely completion of deliverables

Critical Qualifications:

  • Proven training and presentation portfolio
  • Previous experience in instructional design and lesson planning
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio, and video scripts
  • Ability to design and deliver facilitated learning and adoption programs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Adult Learning or a related field
  • Experience facilitating learning to groups and understanding of adult learning principles
  • Knowledge of the competitive telecommunications market and bilingual communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and experience working with a Learning Management System
  • Experience working in a corporate environment and project environment to produce deliverables within a specified timeframe and budget

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel up to 20-30% of work time
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours when necessary due to business needs
  • Bilingualism required: In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French and English speaking stakeholders across Canada
