Territory Manager

As a Territory Manager at Kellanova, you will be responsible for representing our company in Outaouais and Gatineau, working closely with our retail partners to drive sales growth and improve our market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Kellanova's Retail Presence: Work with our retail partners to understand their business strategies and targets, and drive distribution and speed to shelf targets, as well as incremental display objectives.
- Promotional Execution: Focus on timely execution of promotions and shelf objectives, ensuring compliance with banners and store planograms.
- Improvement is the Key to Our Success: Identify opportunities for sales growth through collaboration and alignment with other counterparts across the Retail Team.
- Post-secondary education in a related field and/or high school diploma with relevant work experience.
- Bilingual, fluent in both French and English.
- Client-focused, with a strong capacity to build credibility and trust.
- Ténacité and aptitude for Sales.
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Valid Drivers license within Canada - Driver abstract may be requested.
- Travel is a big portion of this role. Must be willing to drive 35% of the time.
