Join Waste Connections of Canada Inc. as a Sales Territory Manager
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to enhance our sales efforts in the Gatineau area. By actively engaging in the field and fostering robust relationships with our teams and partners, you will play a pivotal role in our operations.
Your responsibilities at Waste Connections of Canada Inc.:
- Identifying, acquiring, and maintaining commercial waste collection clients
- Frequent travel, including overnight stays at least quarterly, to engage directly with your team in the Greater Montreal region
- Collaborating closely with the site director to develop and fortify strategic partnerships, along with the financial and operational teams
- Making significant contributions to sales growth and executing innovative business strategies within the territory
What we provide:
- A competitive base salary of $40,000 along with an uncapped commission structure - total earnings around $80,000 based on performance
- Comprehensive health insurance and employee support programs
- Pension and RRSP plans with employer contributions
- Travel expense reimbursement to cover your travel costs
Your qualifications:
- Willingness to travel regularly and work independently
- Experience in sales leadership and team management
