The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, specifically within the hospitality industry, including hotels, motels, and resorts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee budget planning and expenditure tracking.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of other staff members.
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
- Implement training and development initiatives for staff.
- Oversee the creation of effective communication strategies.
- Negotiate agreements on behalf of the organization.
- Facilitate staff consultations and handle grievance procedures.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
