Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Northern Health. As a Primary Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing safe and ethical care for individuals, groups, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical follow-ups and care planning for patients
  • Deliver direct clinical care and work collaboratively with interprofessional teams
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients

Requirements:

  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
  • Three years of recent clinical nursing experience in primary care
  • Current valid B.C. Driver's License
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills
