Lead Clinical Specialist in Critical Care & Emergency Services

We are currently on the lookout for a committed Lead Clinical Specialist to enhance our Critical Care and Emergency Services teams on a Temporary Full-Time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer specialized clinical expertise and mentorship to healthcare practitioners in Critical Care and Emergency services.
  • Develop and implement educational initiatives aimed at promoting staff growth and competency evaluation.
  • Drive quality enhancement projects to improve patient care and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Master's Degree in Nursing with a Clinical Focus.
  • Certification in BCLS and ACLS.
  • Possession of a Critical Care Certificate.
  • A minimum of 5 years of recent experience in Critical Care or Emergency Nursing.
