About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Assistant to join our team at Straight Sleep Inc. as a Patient Care Specialist. In this role, you will provide administrative and clinical support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our medical clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to healthcare professionals, including preparing and maintaining patient records, processing files and paperwork, and managing supplies.
  • Clinical Support: Assist healthcare professionals with patient care, including setting up and dismantling equipment, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in the analysis of data and preparation of reports to support clinical decision-making.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Work Setting: Health care institution, facility, or clinic.
  • Area of Work Experience: Clinical and diagnostic health.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, team player, and ability to multitask.
