About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Assistant. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including work surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas.
  • Food Preparation and Handling
    • Assist in the preparation and serving of food, including portioning and wrapping food items.
    • Operate dishwashers and other kitchen equipment to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Inventory Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of food and cleaning supplies.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our guests, including responding to their needs and concerns.
    • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train on the job.
