Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Quality Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.

Responsibilities
  • Daily Cleaning Tasks
    • Dust and polish all furniture and fixtures
    • Vacuum and mop all floors
    • Make beds and change linens
    • Restock amenities and supplies
  • Deep Cleaning Tasks
    • Disinfect all surfaces and high-touch areas
    • Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens
    • Organize and maintain linen closets and supply rooms
  • Guest Services
    • Respond to guest requests and concerns
    • Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Collaborate with housekeeping team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning
    • Communicate with management and staff to report any issues or concerns
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
