Job Overview

C&K Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing cleaning staff and ensuring high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning personnel
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed
  • Establish and manage work schedules
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
  • Provide training or arrange for training of new staff
  • Manage lost and found items
  • Respond to guest requests for additional supplies or services
Supervision
  • Oversee light duty cleaning staff
