About the Role

C&K Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities
    • Direct and oversee the work of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Coordinate the cleaning schedule to ensure that all areas are cleaned to the required standard.
  • Inspect and Monitor Cleaning Standards
    • Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that cleaning standards are being met.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Recommend and Arrange for Additional Services
    • Assess the cleaning needs of our facilities and recommend additional services as required.
    • Arrange for the provision of additional services, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
  • Train and Develop Cleaning Staff
    • Provide training and guidance to cleaning staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of cleaning staff.
  • Address Customer Complaints
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    • Work with customers to resolve issues and improve their overall satisfaction with our cleaning services.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role

Working Conditions
