About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team at C&K Services Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Oversee the work of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our clients' properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or renovations, and recommend these to our clients.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to our cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
  • Work Setting: Staff accommodation provided, with the opportunity to work at various locations.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, manual dexterity, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, reliability.
