Position Overview:

  • Drive the formulation of technological strategies that align with our global business objectives
  • Execute site-specific technology strategies in accordance with the overarching Global Technology Plan
  • Organize resources for effective project execution
  • Assess and track the implementation of technology strategies
  • Contribute insights for enhancing work practices
  • Collaborate with business units and technology centers
  • Mentor Improvement Engineers
  • Ensure that project goals are achieved post-implementation

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent military experience
  • A minimum of 8 years in engineering or manufacturing roles
  • Eligibility for registration with APEGA
  • Authorized to work in Canada
