About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 804049 Alberta Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our restaurant operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that staff are meeting performance expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at 804049 Alberta Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated food service staff. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and work in a combination of sitting and standing positions.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment is required.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
