**Job Title:** Project Manager - Localization Specialist
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Localization Specialist to join our team at Localizationacademy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing translation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- **Project Planning:** Determine client needs and project feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and scheduling. Prepare estimates, negotiate agreements with clients, and ensure compliance with job quotes.
- **Project Coordination:** Coordinate production activities, assign work to competent linguistic resources, and follow up on assigned projects to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- **Client Management:** Act as the main resource person for clients, resolving project-related issues, and ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Team Collaboration:** Participate in production and management meetings, and contribute to the development of project plans and strategies.
- **Invoicing and Financial Management:** Invoicing projects and managing financial aspects of project management.
- **Education:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Translation or a related field.
- **Experience:** At least five years of experience in translation project management.
- **Language Skills:** Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
- **Soft Skills:** Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a team, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with advanced translation-assistance tools and ability to handle tight deadlines.
