Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at 2421520 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and making strategic decisions that impact the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Financial Operations Management: Oversee financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting, to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives, including financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a financial management role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. finance, accounting, business administration).
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
