Line Cook Supervisor

As a Line Cook Supervisor at La Baracca, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
Qualifications- Education: Certificate or diploma in culinary arts or related field
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role
- Maintain comprehensive records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
- Analyze operational expenses and other relevant data to enhance efficiency.
- Introduce innovative cooking techniques and equipment to kitchen staff.
- Oversee the activities of chefs, cooks, and kitchen personnel.
- Develop and create new recipes to enrich our menu.
- Guide cooks in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of dishes.
- Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty items for events such as banquets.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare meals regularly or for special guests and functions.
- Plan menus while ensuring food quality meets our standards.
- Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety practices.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
