Job Summary

We're seeking a full-time, experienced line cook to join our team. As a line cook, you'll assist our chef during service, prep ingredients, and maintain a clean work station.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist on the line with cooking
  • Prep ingredients for menu items
  • Help with inventory management
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the chef

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of Italian cuisine
  • Good command of the English language
  • Knowledge of the Italian language is required, both oral and written
  • Food-handler certificate or willingness to obtain one within six months of hire
