Food Service Manager

Chucks Roadhouse Bar and Grill is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and Maintain Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent food quality and presentation.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining the reputation of Chucks Roadhouse Bar and Grill.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, estimating ingredient and supply costs to optimize profitability.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Communication: Prepare and submit reports, ensuring effective communication with our chef and other stakeholders.
- Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.
- Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Communication: Possess excellent oral communication skills, effectively conveying information and ideas to team members and stakeholders.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate a strong team player attitude, working collaboratively to achieve common goals.
