- Inventory and Budgeting
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations and budget.
- Quality Control
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Communication
- Prepare and submit reports to management on kitchen operations and budget.
- Communicate effectively with staff, management, and customers to ensure seamless service.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Personal Suitability
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Client focus and team player with initiative.
