Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Food Quality and Safety
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to ensure quality and consistency.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and submit reports on food sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies to optimize resource allocation.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Personal Qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and customers.
- Initiative and problem-solving skills to adapt to changing situations.
