Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Requisition and manage food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to deliver exceptional service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure food and service quality meet our high standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights into kitchen operations and areas for improvement.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and accurate service.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
