Food Service Manager

Chucks Roadhouse Bar and Grill is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain efficient kitchen operations to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including food costs, inventory levels, and staff performance.
- Collaborate with the chef to develop menus and ensure that food meets quality control standards.
- Maintain a positive and productive team environment by promoting excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and interact with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 40 hours per week in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- English language proficiency required.
