About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at The Landscape Artist Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of outdoor spaces, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Plan and estimate labor and materials for landscape construction projects.
  • Team Leadership: Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other outdoor features.
  • Quality Control: Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work to ensure high-quality results.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate work records and logs to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication: Read blueprints and drawings, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work Site Environment: Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Physical Demands: Handle heavy loads, bend, crouch, and kneel as required.
  • Work Schedule: Work 40 hours per week in a permanent, full-time position.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
