About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at The Landscape Artist Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of outdoor spaces, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Plan and estimate labor and materials for landscape construction projects.
  • Team Leadership: Organize and direct construction teams to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and monitor work to ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects meet their requirements.
  • Logistics and Administration: Maintain accurate records and logs, requisition materials and equipment, and resolve any work-related issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field.
  • Work Environment: Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads, bend, crouch, and kneel.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
