About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at The Landscape Artist Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of outdoor spaces, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets
    • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and train a team of landscape construction workers
    • Ensure that all team members are working safely and efficiently
  • Quality Control
    • Inspect and approve all work completed by the team
    • Ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship
  • Client Communication
    • Communicate with clients to ensure that their needs are being met
    • Address any concerns or issues that may arise during the project
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field
  • Work Environment
    • Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in physically demanding environments
