We are a prominent enterprise in the commercial landscape construction and maintenance sector, actively seeking a dedicated and driven landscape professional to enhance our management team.

The Landscape Construction Operations Supervisor is tasked with the strategic planning, coordination, and oversight of daily operations within our expanding construction division, ensuring the delivery of exceptional landscapes that meet client expectations.

This role involves direct supervision and guidance of multiple foremen and crews, aimed at achieving and continuously improving productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include effective management of resources such as materials, inventory, equipment, labor, and training.

Collaboration with estimators and the management team is essential for the planning and execution of secured construction contracts, as well as the overall construction season schedule to meet budgetary goals.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial landscape construction in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Proficiency in the operation, installation, and repair of commercial irrigation systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of landscape architectural and civil earthworks drawings and plans.
  • Ability to interpret grades as they relate to earthworks, utilizing both physical survey stakes and topographical drawings.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities.
  • Experience with heavy equipment operation.
  • A degree, diploma, or trade certificate from a college or horticulture school is considered an asset.
