Position Overview

The Landscape Artist Inc. is seeking a dedicated Landscape Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage our outdoor projects. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of landscape designs and construction.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work primarily outdoors, engaging in various physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials required for projects
  • Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative features, and retaining walls
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction activities
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Address work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and quality
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to handle heavy loads
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capability to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed
