Role Overview

The Account Executive is a field-based, direct sales role responsible for driving client growth and retention through strategic account planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Consult with clients to identify opportunities for expansion and introduce new products and services
  • Manage and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in high-tech services or software
  • Strong intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
  • Proven experience building strong client relationships at C-level within large enterprise organizations
  • Strong computer proficiency and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the full sales process lifecycle
